Kybele Kalkan is a two-bedroom stone villa on the quiet hillside above Kalkan Bay — private infinity pool, one of the biggest gardens in the area, and not a single shared wall. Sleeps 4. Dogs welcome.
The pool edge lines up with the sea, and the view runs straight down Kalkan Bay to its two little islands. In the evening the sun drops right into the frame — most guests plan dinner around it.
It's yours alone: no shared terrace, no neighbours' sunbeds, no pool timetable. Loungers, parasols and an outdoor dining spot sit right on the travertine deck.
Two bright bedrooms upstairs — a sea-view double, and a twin that converts to a second double. A bathroom on each floor, air conditioning throughout, a full kitchen and a washer downstairs. The whole house is yours for the stay.
The plot is one of the largest gardens in the area — old olive trees, bougainvillea over the stone walls, and space to lose each other for an afternoon. There's a built stone barbecue for slow evenings and a pergola for long dinners outside.
Bringing the dog? The garden was made for it. Two private parking spaces sit inside the gate.
"A really beautiful sea view, and a wonderful infinity pool looking straight out over the water."
"The owner, Gündüz Bey, is a modest man — he helps with anything he can."
The villa sits on the Bezirgan hillside above Kalkan — quiet at night, but close enough to be at the seafront restaurants in five minutes. The lane up is steep, so we'd recommend a hire car; there's parking for two inside the garden.
